Section 181
Prohibition Of Causing Death By Recklessness
(1) No person shall
cause the death of any one by doing a reckless act.
(2) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) shall, except in the cases referred to in Sections 177, 178
and 179, be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term of three
to ten years and a fine of thirty thousand to one hundred thousand
rupees.
